Ingredients: "00" WHEAT flour, fresh BUTTER, fresh pasteurized EGGS yolks, water, sugar, sourdough (GLUTEN), sea salt, WHEAT MALT, honey, vanilla beans from the Bourbon Islands.




Filling: candied cherries 19% (cherries, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, Bourbon vanilla natural extract) and pistachio cream (sugar, pistachio 25%, sunflower oil, MILK, skimmed milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin).




Icing: white chocolate, pistachio cream (vegetable oil (palm), sugar, pistachio 15%, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, LACTOSE, emulsifier soy lecithin
